About Us

Tom is the founder and Director of Northridge Recruitment. He believes recruitment should be a partnership — with candidates to find the right roles, and with clients to find the right candidates. Tom is a friendly and sociable person and enjoys meeting everyone he works with to help understand how he can best support them. Strangely enough though, he doesn’t drink coffee and can usually be found with a cup of green tea in hand!

For the past eight years, Tom has worked in Change and Transformation recruitment, at established recruitment and consultancy businesses. He has built teams for specific programmes and functions, provided resource for in-flight projects, and supplied people in an advisory capacity to help solve challenges a business may have but isn’t sure how to approach. This has been across Business and IT led change.

After graduation and before recruitment, Tom worked in the Health and Fitness industry for ten years. This is where he developed his passion for customer service as he learnt that retaining members is key to building a successful business. Tom lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and their energetic young son who keeps him on his toes and wakes him up early most days! When there’s time, Tom enjoys exercising and has a season ticket to a Premier League football club, the identity of which he’ll keep quiet for now…
